At HCSS (Heavy Construction System Specialists), she spearheaded a company-wide Cross-Sell Initiative, a high-visibility program that became one of her defining commercial achievements, and advanced into a full Account Executive role directing the complete enterprise sales cycle for complex software solutions, negotiating high-stakes contracts directly with C-suite stakeholders. Her earlier tenure at Verizon Business further sharpened her consultative selling instincts, where she consistently exceeded quarterly quotas and ranked among the top performers on her team across IoT and enterprise accounts. Across her career, Juliane has closed or influenced approximately $10 million in revenue, a track record that reflects both her commercial discipline and her ability to build lasting relationships at the highest levels.
